Chicago Belair Hotel in Lincoln Park Put Up For Sale

(CRED) The Belair Hotel, a historic 237-room hotel in Lincoln Park, has been put up for sale with an asking price of $12 million, according to a flier from the property’s broker, Reid Bennett of Sperry Van Ness LLC.

The seven-story building at 424 W. Diversey Parkway, which opened in 1926, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is the home of Duffy’s Tavern & Grille, a sports bar that caters to University of Michigan alumni. County and state records show that the property is owned by a group including the Alfred H. Windmiller Living Trust and the Harold L. Tattleman Living Trust.
